5. Interior :- It is must with the theme,  client want. It will become costly if that work is done  later.  For example if you want hanging light,  you need to leave that point on RCC Slab/or falsecelling or for inhance of a wall light might need to scratched out for hiding electrical cable inside.
6. Landscape :- Orramental plants & plants for vegetable garden. Their location & selection according to clients.
3.a Placing lights & fan according to furniture layout.
b.  Providing light for exterior facade etc.  
c. Provision of solar light & capacity of it.
4. a. Planning drainage according to existing sewer or without it
b. Providing inspection chamber & traps accordingly.
c.  Calculating water requirement & providing water tank accordingly
d.  Provision of rainwater harvesting supply system of softwater & hard water.
