                              FOREST MODEL FOR SHERNI MOVIE 20201

·         It is hypothetical model for a scene in sherni movie 2021, for the film production company, Abundantia Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The movie is based on man animal conflict & wildlife conservation.

·         The size of model is 8’ X 6’ (Rectangular), showing forest & village area. Size is large so that people can stand around it for discussion. As the scene is forest department officers & MLA are discussing the conflict between villagers & tigress.

 


·         It consists of a mine, mountain & valleys, lakes & rivers, agricultural land & roads & bridges. It shows, how these different zones are located in that particular village. So that audience can get the idea of existing scenario.

 



·         Man & animal are in the fear, because all zones are close to each other.  But it is possible to live peacefully together if man tries.

·         Model base is made out of 2 plywood of size 4’ X 6’, then each was cut into two pieces for easy workability. That’s how we got exact size as needed. 



       Then grid was drawn so as to make drawing on plywood.

·       Contour are made with newspaper (Instead of thermocol as it is non-biodegradable) by sticking it with tape and then pop was applied. Foam sheet was used for creating dense forest and poster color is used for coloring lakes, rivers, road and trees. Sand is used at around river and lake to give some realistic look.

·         Color scheme of whole model is similar to that of existing forest, where shooting was done.

·         The model plays a vital role in communicating the whole scenario of forest & village as a physical 3d model.

·         The model makes it easy for audience to visualize the whole scenario of forest & village, at a time through it.
